GOOD report from you. am doing my own three bedroom house and an now at finishing stage.from what you have told us i can suggest you will need almost similar cash and a bit more to do all plastering's ..remember before plastering you need electrical conduits done for future wiring and also plumbing pipes for water. then floor screading but before screading you need internal doors setting and then then ceilings works. Gypsum is cheaper than normal ceiling and finish with window glasses it seems to me around 1.2 to 1.6 million kshs is the estimated costs left for you to finish your house. plastering alone will need around 120 to130bags of cement ..that is if you are doing plastering external and internal walls. you can start with 100bags and two lorries of sand first and se how far it goes. keep up the good work. take it easy ..the costs i have suggested are just as guide. Just remember finishing costs nearly twice what you have spent so far....it comes as a surprise.

That's nice of you building a house for your parents, that is the only gift you can give to your parents. you are doing amazing job... not everyone is thinking that way, I know your parents are going to be proud of you. Right now building a house is very expensive it's not a joke. I just finished building for my parent a three bedroom house two years ago. They are very happy. just take your time everything is step by step...don't put pressure to yourself . very informative video well done.
