The cop isn’t allowed to tell you to move from public property unless you’re breaking a law. You’re not loitering if you have a purpose for being there. Which in your case you are filming which is protected under the 1st amendment. He just didn’t want you all watching the game for free. Which isn’t his job to do.

aDg 2k18 I hear what you are saying. But legally you can’t trespass the eyes from public space. They are standing in public and can’t view anything from that space. Nothing illegal about what they are doing. For instance, sky rise buildings next to stadiums can see into the stadium. Do cops make the entire building close their windows? No. The eyes cannot be trespassed in public.

yeah I've actually met Zack in person. He's very nice, and he's not a jerk about all his baseballs. There are many people who follow their passions nonstop, so why can't Zack? Also, while he does catch a TON of baseballs (and he's a wizard, let me tell you it's very impressive), he gives most of his BP balls away. He does keep his gameballs but who wouldn't? He cares about the game a lot and has donated charity to help kids with baseball and the game itself. Baseball is in trouble for the future and Zack is fighting against it. He's doing so much good for the game, and like I said, he is very nice. So I'm with you. Those people are just jealous

The Camden NJ Riversharks stadium was right next to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Driving into NJ, you could look down into the stadium. One day, during a game, I walked up the pedestrian walkway of the bridge to the point where I could look right down into the stadium. I didn't stay very long, as it was very windy and noisy. The walkway was closed for many years after 9/11. I think it's open again now, but the Riversharks moved several years ago and the stadium was demolished.
