I think you should get the ability to return to base at anytime, because it could allow to gather a type of resources, then return home and keep doing until you have enough of said resource

I'd personally would pick Omnipresence since it would definitely help with resource gathering or if you want to Hit the R on a bad crusade. (You apparently get a 50% bonus if complete a crusade without taking damage)

I would definitely say omnipresence over resurrection because if you are about to die then you can return to base free of charge.

Diseased heart damage enemies when destroyed getting one at the beginning of each crusade would deal a lot of damage to your enemies and save you a ton of time

You can figure out if a noncombat room is in the next room while on crusades. Tarot card rooms have stars hanging above the path while weapon upgrade rooms have weapons hanging above the path.
