"Here's my waist, were waist deep" The snow was like a solid foot below your hand. 😂 Was pulling 5' trenches in my Summit, zero snow inside the sled. You get what you pay for. If you're getting those sleds stuck in that, you have a long way to go before riding out West, lol. Otherwise it's going to be a stuckfest.

If you have your skid setup to wheelie, it will trench in and stick easier. That said, come out west, bring a shovel or two, and learn how to ride powder. Deepest hole I had to dig out last year was 7' deep, never did find dirt, just a nice ice layer to support weight. We had snow flowing over the hoods most weekends. Also, you can't stop in deep powder. You will be stuck. Keep moving, and circle around and stop on your own track if you need to stop so you can get moving again.

I run skinz side panels and have never had that much snow inside the front, even with windshield deep powder. Your panel has to be broken or wasn't closed.

anyways protip number 2.if your stuck , easiest way is get a buddy to pull the ski while you give it fuel and push on the bars.works everytime.beats digging.
