6 sap abap Menu exit for SE38

you have taken the package number of se38 editor and button in menu is added on se38 initial screen. Why is it so ?

Sir for va01 t-code it has +OID_CUS00 in Application Toolbar, so can i call any t code from application tool bar or else i need search oly for +cust ....Please suggest
