there is a location missing from this video. in the corner of the masters of the night wind part of the map, you'll find some guys with a captive qucussaurus, you need to find them, talk to the qucussaurus (while in the form of one) and get in the portal(??) thingy underneath it, you have talk to a guy and do his challenge and that will give you a precious chest, that is how i found my last one

@ nvm I figured it out. You have to go through 3 portals to get 3 precious chests in total and then you get the elevator to the luxurious chest 👍🏻
