That thing with Plushenko is somehow not even partially bad Skaters do train using only one skate if they’re injured. Cause staying off the ice for even a few days ruins like a month of training. So why not work on footwork if you’re injured and can’t jumpn🤷♂️
@lindatannock3 жыл бұрын
Because you can fall and make your injury worse! His son is only a little boy. He doesn't need to be skating with a broken arm. It's ludicrous! As an elite level skater, I've been on the ice not jumping or spinning with a medial ligament injury (knee), but that was to help build my muscles back up in a safe way at the same time I was doing physio to recover, and only after having been off the ice a few weeks. I was only doing compulsory figures btw, but as they were slow and controlled it was safe to do, as it was VERY unlikely I would fall. I then progressed to free skating but crossovers and footwork/edgework. No jumps or spins. Having a skater on the ice in one skate is just plain dangerous and stupid. It's helping nothing. It's not going to help her get her jumps back any more quickly, after being off 🤷🏼♀️. Far better resting and working on physio exercises to rehabilitate the leg's strength first.

for a long time no one cares how many former champions have collected likes in the account of a particular tiktoker, or which wheel they showed there :-) both Alina and Zhenya left sports long ago - you just collect hype on long-irrelevant sports ideas: in the trend of Russian sites, who will win: Valieva or Akatieva, when Sophia finally reaches the age set by ISU, although many say that 3A will still show themselves. and I personally agree with this, and Trusova with her quads, and Shcherbakova with a clean program will compete with the new stars of TShT. there are some doubts about Kostornaya, but certainly this is not competition from Zhenya or Alina from the show :-)
