Hbox has definitely used most if not all of those... Greeding for them even harder might be a fine strategy for puff though. You die so fast, I could see hyper aggression being doable. And then stall if the aggression works out, and go aggression crazy like aMSa if it doesn't. It could make the character more hype if you greed for the setups a lot.

Something I noticed: Jigglypuff isn't just OP because of Rest, although that does make her the best character if you've got impeccable skills. Her other best trait is her multiple jumps allowing her to chain air attacks better than anyone else. She is top tier for the most precise players. I don't think shining is as impressive considering the risk and reward difference. The best players can either run for frame perfect precision or they can run with flowcharts that win by sheer statistical advantages. But a strong precision player will always beat a strong flowchart player.
