he has been racing since a young age so saying he knows fuck all about engineering really shows you know nothing. Sure he isn't as knowledgeable as the likes of Stella, Newey, Vowels, Allison but he is as knowledgeable as the drivers if not more given his years of experience.

He formed the team, he avoided MCL being bankrupt, he funded the engineers so that they can do what they need, he built the infrastructure. It is not necessary that only one in a team can take the credit. It is a teamwork.

The team was trying to instill team work. Not sure if all the calls were right, but they are constructors' champs now

Too many people think drivers' championships are what the team strives for, but constructors championships are actually what the team strives for. It takes a team effort to win the constructors title as is shown by Redbull, who only has one good driver. McLaren wasn't even trying to win a championship this year, so they had no real strategy except win as many races as they can with either driver.

The issue with max is he isnt number 1 driver in any team for the simple reason he dosent allow his teamate to race him and he himself wants to win everything ... untill he races fairly againts checo with out crying then maybe he will get some acknowledgment

Mclaren won the championship. Constructors championship is what the team strives for because it takes a team effort. You just think the drivers championship is what everyone wants to win, but it's not.

You will NEVER win a WDC with your driver taking points off each other. Have you not learned from 2007? You are making the same mistake twice! It is SO frustrating to watch Stella worrying about not upsetting Oscar and Webber all season, rather than actually helping Lando win a WDC!!!! Stella actually made Lando slow down 6 seconds and give the win to Oscar, in the middle of the WDC fight?! That's just madness!!! Now Stella is going to use Lando's data, to help Oscar, to take points off Lando for the WDC next year?! What is wrong with this team? As a McLaren fan it's incredibly frustrating. As an F1 fan I can't wait to see the battle between Lando and Oscar next year. It's going to be brutal, because both know they have to establish an undeniable lead if they want the team to support their championship. Been rooting for Lando for years, but Oscar is going to be hangry next year.

Piastri has a higher ceiling than Lando. Lando's not gonna get much better, but Piastri is. Why risk alienating your future #1 driver for a guy who can never win a WDC??

Drivers' championship doesn't matter and only exists to stroke the ego of the drivers. Pick a team because drivers come and go like Senna.
