Imo Godku just really needed 2 things on his kit. Ki on entry and Buff removal on rush and ult. The Buff removal baffles me because every part 2 unit has them except godku for some reason.

ngl godku is obscenely underrated, hes obviously not better than anyone except MAYBE gogeta blue, but he was put in the WORST meta, yet still functions as a good glue to any team with his type neutral on entry, insane damage with his gauge, and endurance+ goated disrupt. meanwhile fgb has TWO super teams, and two of the top 3 is purple, yet hes still pushing top 10😭

The problem was people thought of him as a stand alone damage dealer when he was built to be an allrounder with decent disrupt, high burst damage and vanish recovery, plus tanking to protect the main damage dealers
