I would call it Electronica and the best in business are...Hybrid. Listen to their "I choose noise" album.It's the best thing you'll ever hear.Fluke,BT,Solar Fields,Carbon Based Lifeforms and Behavior aka.Michael Mccan are also great.You should check them out as well.
