@@pablocardoso7830 But Groudon and Kyogre are in separate games apart from Emerald and the soon to be released Crown Tundra DLC. The release of Groudon and/or Kyogre should create a sense of urgency, but only Groudon's theme has a sense of urgency to it.

@@Gamedraco I don't think you got what I meant. I'm saying it sounds way more urgent because it reflects how worse Groudon's drought is in comparison with Kyogre's drizzle. If Kyogre floods the world, at least some water type pokémon will survive. If Groudon evaporates the seas, all life on Earth will perish, since all living beings need water in order to survive. That's why Drought is a creepier track than Heavy Rainfall: because it's a theme about the End of the World, aka the Apocalypse.

This is also why Groudon Primal has Omega, and Kyogre Primal has Alpha, because of the fact that Alpha is the first letter of the greek alphabet and omega is the last. Their moves in japanese Land of the End and Sea of the beginning is also cause of this.

@* In ORAS Archie’s plan makes a little more sense. He’s sick of humans polluting the seas and overstepping their boundaries by expanding their land onto what was once natural waters, so he wanted to use Kyogre to purify the world and take all of that excess land back so Pokemon can thrive. Maxie on the other hand wanted to continue expanding the landmass so humans can thrive. He didn’t want to pollute or harm the planet either, but he just felt the world would benefit from having more natural settlement to expand on. Like you said, though, the fans for some reason exaggerate that into thinking Archie wants a planet of ALL water and Maxie wants a planet of ALL land. Even in the original RSE, their plans were just “make some more land/water to give everyone a better life.”
