Замер усилия эспандера Ghp Level 10

У RB400 пружина тоже 8.4,правда усилие поменьше

I thought the wire was gonna snap for a sec xd last year I bought a whole bunch of grip trainers and I started with a adjustable I reped out on that and eventually broke the spring on it on the highest resistance then I stopped for a while for like half a year then I was talking to a friend about grip trainers and he said he had one that was a 150lb (but a small group of people know that they rate them at the top of the handles and not the bottom) at the time I didn't know that then he brought it to me and I instantly closed it with easy then I decided to test my limits and buy a 250 I didn't close that one on my first try but everyday I tried to close it and about a month of using it I closed it for 1 rep solid then after a week I was able to do many reps with it full fledge then I bought a set that started from 100 to 150 and 200 to help with my weak points then a 300 which was when it really started getting challenging then I discovered the GHP after I started closing my 300 for reps I really liked the style of them so I bought a GHP 7 and a GHP 8 for some reason my GHP 7 felt harder then my 300 prob off brand but eventually I started to close the GHP 7 for 3 reps solid and then I bought a GHP 10 and even after all that training I couldn't hardly move the handles a tenth the way closed prob will never close it but that is from a year of training off and on one day I might doubt it it seems like it's beyond human capability but I have seen a few guys really come close to closing it but it could be fake grippers too I think the human limit is probably around a GHP 9 or a COC 4

Yes - there are grippers stronger than Ghp level 10

The GHP 10 is probably the limit to human ingenuity there is a few grip trainers that are harder but they're not in production anymore because there's no point in making something that nobody will ever be able to close no matter how much training you do or how crazy your genetics are The tetting world class is usually rated around 275RGC to 300RGC a little harder than the GHP 10 but they don't make those anymore and in the early 2000s there used to be a grip trainer called The beast it took a whopping 1800 lb to close you literally would have to be able to close a World class for reps with each one of your fingers I doubt even the strongest biggest strapping silverback gorilla couldn't even get it parallel to the handles

Бывают и еще жёстче эспандеры) Никто не закрывал

У Вадима Мурашкина показало 107 кг. У него немного слабее десятка. Этот эспандер только для честкраша можно использовать. Ни один человек в мире его не закроет.

Они и замеряют по разному. Тут зачем то планка на сантиметр сдвинута)) Новы партии ghp которые с флажком на торце ручек тяжёлей старых версий . У Вадима Ивановича вроде на 122кг попалась. Для чест краша только. Одной рукой с ним никто, ничего не сможет сделать)

@@dimongrip1038 Этот человек подгоняет типа под РГЦ. Но тогда бы и мерил также. А меряет как Мурашкин только сдвигает. А РГЦ это замер свободным весом на конец ручки одевают ремень с дюймовой планкой и подвешивают вес пока эспандер не закроется.

@@vyacheslavgudz2832 Да, я заметил. Смотрел видео без звука, на промотке. Наткнулся на замер ХВАТ 7... Там 60+ выдало, я аж офигел. Откуда там 60+!? Потом внимательно посмотрел)) И так неразбериха с этими замерами. Новички вообще теряются, не могут понять ничего. Каждый по своему мерить будет и целая куча абриветур замеров появится) Нужно будет энциклопедию выпускать с расшифровками и сводными таблицами))

@@dimongrip1038 я тоже противник разных замеров бесит. По роликам ориентируюсь какие эспандеры покупать. А они начинают доказывать правильность замеров еще.
