I like the work ethic. He clearly put the work in. I just hope he worked on his lateral movement and foot speed. Strength was never a issue

We shouldn't compare him to JJ. He isn't as shifty & and doesn't have lateral quickness. He is physical & is a downhill RB. It'll be a different scheme & RB by committee

His running style is more like Latavius Murray. Tall, strong and fast. Very upright runner with few fancy moves. Latavius is a Free Agent.

He will not have the same role as Josh. RB by committee. ZAMIR was a national champion moment not to big, had more ypc than Josh. Faster than Josh.

Y'all.. it's football, no one player can make a difference if the whole team ain't solid. We can't have a good QB if he don't have time. If we have a great QB we'd better have great receivers to throw too. Look, what I'm getting at is, everyone on this team from Mr. Davis down to the waterboy, the Raiders want to win and it takes everyone to make that happen. Crosby and AP are building a "new" culture, a familiar culture that we haven't had in the building in 20+ years. The year 2020 felt different but this year truly feels different. Let's go Raiders!
