Zammy Guide - Solo Melee IRONMAN | Anyone Can PVM OSRS

Hi No Help, I did about 110 solo zammy KC on my ironman solo with about 85-90s in combat. Here are some tips to add onto your videos: 1 - Always be on task to kill zammy. He counts as a greater demon, and 1 task lasts a very long time. 2 - I definitely recommend blood barraging the minions for HP, but if you don't want to use, thralls instead for the extra damage 3 - Always eat standing underneath krill. Also, set your left-click to walk rather than attack, it makes it much easier to maneuver underneath him for long periods of time when take substantial damage and need to eat a lot. 4 - I tried using both the crystal shield and the dragon defender, and I found that I took less damage overall with the defender because I could kill krill faster. 5 - If you don't have the dragon warhammer, the arclight special also has a stat-lowering special attack. I tried using the crystal halberd initially, but I found kills went much better with the Arclight special. 6 - If you don't have karils top and bottom, using tanky barrows top and bottom while protecting from magic is also quite effective - this is how I did it.

Do you also take a mage top and bottoms when blood barraging?

@@Supercris25 The minions are weak to mage similar to barrows brothers - magic gear is not required. I bring ancient staff to autocast blood barrage easier. I also bring a zammy cape imbued as my zammy item. I also tried barraging without the cape and just the staff, and it was still effective.

I'm getting 3-6 kills a trip (ironman btw) on task with arclight, elite void top, blessed d'hide chaps, dragon defender and fury. Also using Ward of Arceuus spell for -10% damage from demons, thralls and flicking prayers on minions. Helps a lot to tag the boss in runelite so you can see the big square under him to make it easier to run under him and as you said right-click attack from options.

Highly recommend hunting a greater demon task to do this with slayer helmet. Also a blood fury and ancients to heal of the minions after each trip. I did quite a bit of melee zammy and often managed up to 8 kill trips with a similair setup except those changes

I wouldn't do this method, but this series is very valuable for people who need to be eased into the content they do (myself included, even though I'm already familiar with zammy). Many guides throw you right into the sweaty methods which can be alienating and difficult to start, I'd say start with these methods, and once you're comfortable, try implementing more advanced tactics

I'd always recommend getting Greater demon slayer task before going to zammy. Makes this much much easier. Blood fury is hugeee here too.

Arclight spec is worth it imo because the accuracy and still being able to lower defense to demon creatures by 20%

ranged is just too got to not do at zammy or any gwd boss tbh, there are 5:0/6:0 guides that i know could look hard but they arent, anyone can learn them after some practice, which includes dying, but worth the time invested. For example, you could do 15-20 kills trip with a rune crossbow or 30+ using bowfa instead of 3-5 meleeing it. Also, being on task is almost mandatory for zammy, as its a quite common one.

this guide is mainly for mid game ironmen which usually wont have excessive stamina potions to use for methods like that.

@@justjordan2262 stamina usage is quite minimal actually, if done correctly you can do the whole trip (20-30 kills) using only 1 stam, thats effectively a biger time saver than doing 2-5 kill trips using no stams

There is a spell 'Ward of Arceuus' in the Arceus spellbook that gives 10% damage reduction from demons, may be helpful. Requires the completion of 'A Kingdom Divided' quest to unlock.

There's an item called Saradomin light that will get rid of the darkness. It's a consumable. The prayer always get drained when you jump off the bridge. You need prayer pots or sanfew serums to restore some prayer before going into boss.

@@maltardraco9555 yes but if you are talking about worse loot.. Zammy drops a z spear which is essence a dragon hunter lance. Volcanic mine minigame also drops dragon pick as well. If you include all the wildy bosses that drop it too it's a redundant drop. Only 1 place to get the spear.
