Because Dai Kaioshin and Fat Buu were effectively one being at that point. Dai Kaioshin's personality melded together into Fat Buu's - who WAS inside of Super Buu (but they didn't mention it here). This is reinforced in the Super manga as well.

This game was so close to being amazing...one of the biggest drawbacks was how easy the game scales as you progress through it. Even on hard mode as you get through the game you become so powerful that every fight is a joke even the kid buu fight. Even when you don't abuse meals and perma food buffs the game is just easy by the end. The beginning of the game on hard mode is harder than the end and that's a glaring design problem. I did love this game but I feel like it could've been a much better experience with just a few changes.

This final legendary battle is so damn deep, in many ways. We all love it, and most get very strong emotional responses. For many deeper reasons that are still a mystery in some ways. Goku, being the Good hero as he is, has never taken a life. Until the exception of Pure Evil. Which also took the cooperation and support of everyone involved. It may be the deep human desire to merely be involved in something bigger than You. It may be the human desire for peace, but also recognizing there is pure evil in this world, at the same time. "It's better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a war.", comes to mind. I feel like there could be a whole podcast dedicated to the philosophy, psychology and mythology of the Dragonball Universe.

In Dragon Ball games I’ve always been fascinated by the aura effects characters give off when they’re charging their ki. For me, DBZ Kakarot takes the number one spot the as the best looking with Burst Limit coming at 2nd even though you couldn’t charge, BUT my biggest gripe about this game is when you’re using Kaioken and SSJ, your aura is still blue and it visually looks displeasing and it’s inaccurate. I’m only at the part between the Planet Namek Arc (after Goku defeating Frieza) and Future Trunks showing up, so I don’t know if it like that for SSJ2 or SSJ3, but do you think they’ll change it later or what?
