Sadly Ezio did not die satisfied, he deserved to live longer. Ezio Auditore did not die peacefully, if you have watched ac embers you know what im talking about. A chinese Assasin Shao Jun found Ezio and asked him to help her rebuild the Assasin brotherhood in china. When Ezio with Shao bought groceries at a market in Florence they were attacked by some chinese templars. Ezio told his wife and kids to stay at Machiavellis house. At night again some chinese templars attacked Ezio and Shao this is where Ezio started having an heart attack. Ezio died at the age of 65. When he was dying he said some things that he regreted in life that he did not do, so he did not die satisfied like you say. Ezio Auditore da Firenze said: When I was a young man; I had liberty but I didn’t see it, I had time but I didn’t know it, I had love but I didn’t feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood the meaning of all three. But now the twilight of my life this understanding has past into contentment, Love liberty and time once so disposable are diffused that drive me forward and Love was especially Mucaro for you our children our brothers sisters and for the vast and wonderful world that gave us life and keep us guessing endless affection.He could have lived longer if the two templar and the heart attack did not happen. I blame Shao Jun she bought all this trouble to Ezio, but the fact that Ezio lived until the age of 65 is not a small feet considering what he has been through at how much he has suffered. He continued to fight no matter how stressful it was when his father, two brothers and uncle were murdered. This is the reason why I love Ezio Auditore da Firenze and is one of my favorite Assasin.

For me it's also inspirational because he lived his whole life tirelessly working for his faction. He was definitely the most committed to the cause (at least of the ones I've played because I stopped after 4), and while he may not have a lot of human traits like the later characters, the fact that he's the both OG and his backstory from Revelations make him my favorite. Like most people I love Ezio too and I think his story's more interesting but Altair's dedication and ability to go against the majority and even live that way are really cool

In the Reflection on the water on the ground at 1:06 for example, you can see that Altairs Reflection kind of looks like Al Mualim or at least like him in the Mentors robes. A Nice touch to see.
