I think the reason a game controller is used it's because the car is based on an F1 car. Some of the Speed Champions F1 cars are actually using that as a steering wheel to match the real life shape!

Man I really like the image quality of your videos. It looks so much better than everyone else's, even Jang's. You have a video on what equipment you're using? Also, I love the set. I prefer cars with a windscreens, but this one works without a windscreen since it belongs to Zane. Even though Zane has "eyes," he should not technically need a windscreen because his eyes are not made of tissue. So it's very easy to explain away why there isn't a windscreen/shield.
