The Chikage is by far my favourite weapon in the game, especially when you're running a Bloodtinge build with decent gems from the dungeons. Throw in an Evelyn and the build gets way OP and fun. Sekiro is indeed the hardest From Soft game I have ever played. Hopefully you will come back for The Old Hunters DLC, it is a brilliant addition to an already amazing game.

I absolutely love the Chikage, it was my main (that and the Evelyn) until I fell in love with the Blood Letter. Quickly became my new favorite. The Bloodtinge skill in this game is a small spectrum but super fun imo

Low level sekiro runs are much easier than low level ER because of how reliable sekiro combat is. Maybe when levelled ER is easier but when you rush through the maingame avoiding the repetitive side dungeons and caves, lategame ER is hell compared to previous From games

At the risk of sounding like a contrarian hipster, I found Elden Ring combat to be an unbalanced mess, and Sekiro combat to be a tightly focused and polished experience. It makes sense in a way, since Sekiro gives you one sword for the whole game, whereas Elden Ring has dozens of weapons, skills, and classes.

One thing I love about fromsoft games, is how people struggle with different bosses, depending on circumstance/play style. I love hearing who people had issues with and who they didn't. I found Gascoigne & Vicar Amelia easy, yet struggled with Blood-Starved and SoY..etc ☺️ Were these issues of circumstance (gear and level) or my playstyle. Cool thing to discuss with people. Edit: So I'm playing bloodborne for the first time in years, trying to do a bloodtinge build, and my goodness am I getting bullied. Will I ever beat Martyr Logarius and get the Chikage 😔

My Hunter Drip's. 1. Madmans Hood, found in a chalice somewhere. Charred hunter garb, found in Old Yharnam. Harrowed Gloves or Graveguard Manchettes, Harrowed is from Simon or found somewhere, Manchettes are found in the Forbidden Forest leading to Shadows boss fight. Wine Hakama, the dlc guy in a cell hitting his head on wall. 2. Harrowed Hood ~ Simon or somewhere else ifg. No chest peice. Harrowed gloves. Madmans Legs or something. Basically my 2nd set is just the beast guy you find eating the family on a roof.

Just a wagon wheel. It however scales in arcane and strength making it an unlikely choice for most. dying to The One Reborn is unheard of. Congratulations. You're a pro gamer. *Watches you kill micolash with ease* You're a special kind of breed... Also. A ton of the enjoyment are the chalices. when you get far enough in them you get a root chalice version that allows you to spawn into completely random generated dungeons with chances to find all kinds of stuff and new weapon variants. You can also smack in a code of a world that already exists if you're looking for a specific item. Chalices are the ONLY way to reach the peak of Bloodborne in terms of power. You can run through the entire game and be 10 times less powerful than someone who decided to farm chalices.

And it is the only way to get filthy rich in blood echoes, so you will never have to farm for blood viles ever again (Cum-dungeon), which lets you forget the ONLY negative aspect of the game.
