Order 66 was directly initiated after Mace Windu tried to assasinate Darth Sidius, a contingancy that was activated by the jedi discovering who the second sith lord was. In other words, it would never have been circulating amoung clone ranks that they were to reiceive important orders. Which in turn means that it’s just a coincidince, and the clone was talking about orders from their jedi general, or the clone is force sensitive and was just trying to verify with another clone about important upcoming orders that only he could see coming. That clone is either accedentally foreboding, or force sensitive without being aware of his talents.
