Hi, thanks for the info on test mode. We have an issue with ours where it won't start, just get the red light flashing and 3 beeps. I followed the instructions in the video and get 11 red and then 14 green. When I then cancel and turn the machine off and then on again it immediately starts running but with the only other light on is the lock and all buttons unresponsive except power. If I then turn it off and on again it does the usual start up with the lights but just flashed red again with 3 beeps. Wondered if you had any ideas? Thanks in advance

@@tracycohen5608 Hi, unfortunately not. Have had whole machine apart and all looks okay but just getting the red light flashing and 3 beeps still. If you manage to find a solution I'd be interested but I've not found anything yet.

hi, I changed the belt because it was damaged and replaced it with a new one, it's spins but the error is from the code reading, it spins for 3 seconds and stops. so I thought the belt was the problem .. I did everything you coded on this video but still doesn't work. what do I do ?? thank you

Does anyone have a link to the table of error codes? I can see mine now (Thanks for the great video), just dont know what it means. 6 red followed by 3 yellow. I imagine its the heater as i have no heat, but i just want to be certain its not something minor like a sensor before i go ripping into it.

To find the fault google the error code that point in the direction of the fault then you have to fault find down to the component

@user-tim100 Thanks The dryer doesn't have a display showing an error code unlike some dryers .It is the same machine that you have in your video .

You have to count the flashing lights to get the error codes some of my other videos explained it

The error codes point to where the error is then you have to fault find and fix the problem
