this was a game changer. nothing sounded like this at the time it came out. it redefined bass. as for groove, I think the only thing close is edwin birdsong's "rapper dapper snapper". that said, zapp/roger had two seriously underrated tracks, the songs: "do you really want an answer" and "come on". major boogie action.
