Zapperbox adding PVR Recording for ATSC 3.0 NextGen DRM channels, offline DRM, whole home network tuner, and even more updates coming soon. The Zapperbox over the air television tuner with DVR has to be considered the leader when it comes to ATSC 3 Nextgen TV set top box tuners. Over the last year they have continually delivered on their promises to further develop their product and add more and more features to make it the most functional ATSC 3 Nextgen tuner available on the market today. The latest updates to the Zapperbox are no different. Their newest software update Version 2.4 has added broadband channel capability, which seamlessly adds internet streaming channels to the program guide. Other upgrades that will follow in the coming weeks are DVR recording and playback of ATSC 3.0 DRM encrypted channels, with DRM decryption without an internet connection to follow in the coming months. And down the road, future software updates will add whole-home network tuner capability to the Zapperbox.

Maybe through the HDMI, but you would have to have an HDMI output on the receiver to connect to your TV for the picture.

With shipping and taxes 275$ don't think the average consumer will pay that .GT media USB lets you record 1.0 and 3.0 .it's only 60$ or ADTH receiver with recording capabilities 85$.

I have a GTmedia stick, have to set it up still. Zapperbox does offer lots of features, and are continually improving their product. Some people are willing to pay for it, but it’s a personal decision.

@@NorthcoasterHobby I agree but the company can't survive with it's huge price difference that means in the future no new updates.i would stick with the ADTH receiver it can record and it's only 85$.

@@NorthcoasterHobby if you want to record with the GT media device on 1.0 you must hold your finger on the tv pitcher.to stop recording do the same .for 3.0 just hit the record symbol.
