It sucks that V has multiple friends in game but they never are aware of each other. It's like V compartmentalizes her friendships. Panam and Judy never meet, River never meets Kerry, etcetera.

This is true. I also wish there were multiple DLC's for Cyberpunk but I think CDPR want to move forward and close the book. So they can focus for the future. Let's see what they have planned for the future.

@zart3k well in one ending at least Panam does meet Judy if she's your romanced partner. The Star ending. But that's the exception to the rule.
