ZARUS SLAMS THE SOLO LANE - Predecessor Gameplay

Predecessor has a lot of offlaners, but Zarus really does top the list. This character has insane poke, and he has the ability to get free power from his ultimate. This allows him to run over games pretty quickly, which is quite fun.

Im so confused by tectonic mallet. If you have 100% bonus movement speed, does that mean you get 25 more attack? Or 25% more attack?
