You ain’t tell us nothing we all knew he was a pg coming in he’s a great facilitator but he needs to work on a lot this off season one is efficiency him and his brother can’t shoot for shit he needs to work on his shot mechanics and get more reps shooting the ball both 3s and middys he has a high potential as a ball handler but his handles are a little shaky at times so he needs to work on that he has the potential to finish but bro misses a lot of layups but good thing is that he’s a great rebounder for second chance buckets but for right now they have him at the dunker pocket in the paint so he can get easy points this season is more a learning experience I’m pretty sure rockets know what there doing in terms of developing him for the future

I would rather get Vanfleet come off the bench and get Amen as the starting PG along with Green. The downside will be his lack of outside shooting

Won’t happen next year. First off Vanvleet serves a few purposes that Amen can’t do yet. He can stretch the floor with high volume 3s. He is someone who can create his own bucket regardless of what the defense does. He can handle the ball without losing it. So can Green but Amen is not there yet. He rarely handles the ball for extended periods. And finally, the way they pass is different. Amen can’t hunt for openings. He’s more of a way station to redirect the ball to the open man, and who takes advantage of what the defense gives. You still need someone who can dribble into the passing angle and get the ball to guys where they want it regardless of the defense.
