Wow, what has happened to harstyle, I went to qlimax at the weekend having not been a big event in Holland for 6 years. Whilst the kicks are heavy, its more like hardccore these days, then most have some cheesy as fuck edm or pop vocals and a break in the middle. 3 minute tracks that lack any structure or imagination. Sounds like it's gone mega commercial in a lot of ways top. MC''s now a bit annoying and djs talking too much on the mic at qlimax. Say what you want, but parts of hardstyle seem to have lost its essence and identity from what djs I've heard these past few days
