This video is a full walkthrough of how much I have spent building in Ghana! I am a young African-American male that made the journey into Ghana West Africa almost two years ago to set up some long-term investments. I purchased two acres of land and currently building a three story house on the land. Many subscribers have asked me for quotes regarding how much would building a home approximately cost, and so here it is! This is quite a long video but it is packed with much experience, knowledge, and advice. Pass this video on to your loved ones and learn about construction in Ghana with me!

@@zayloc23 Good job bro! You have established something very important for yourself in Africa, and I tell you bro, you will never regret it. I had a dream and in the dream a lot of people from the west were running to Africa and there was a massive stampede at the Airport because of the huge number of people who wanted to get into the plane to Africa. Everybody wanted to get in. I think they were running away from something but I don't know. what it was.

That is the way. It is called wisdom. It is better to take a longer time to build or buy your home without a loan or mortgage than to get it immediately with a lot of debt that lasts for a long time and the probability/possibility of it being foreclosed on and lose everything. The Most High does not want us to be in debt making others rich with its evil high interest rates that can last for a lifetime with no jubilee or loan forgiveness. We are supposed to be the lenders and not the borrowers; or the givers, blessed to be blessed. Thanks for the encouragement and words of wisdom. I Am lifting you up in prayer. Jai Essence is a wonderful plug who is connected to many local businesses and also with people who have repatriated here. Come with an open mind and don’t expect the West or you’ll be frustrated. Read up on cultural norms because Rwanda’s culture is totally different from, say, Uganda’s. We are exiting the rainy season, so now it’s beginning to warm up again. Bring a light jacket just in case though. Make sure the dollars you bring aren’t older than…dang…what year again? I want to say 2009, but double check on that. I don’t think that year is correct. If you bring old bills they won’t accept them. Also make sure none of the currency you’ll exchange is damaged.

It's so important for us to change our way of thinking when it comes to investing in Africa, (myself included) . @@speaker_vibes leasing is just a term.. who lives to be 200yrs old anyway? When lease of 70-90yrs is up, u just renew, that's all. Chinese and caucasians own property for years and even decades, they are not complaining, but rather enjoying their riches that the continent is giving them, enjoying their properties, etc. Why do we complain so much about everything?? These people have taken over our richest continent in the world, living well and peacefully, and yet, we just sit around and complain and skeptical about everything, and we never own anything! They don't have anything natural on their lands, and that's why they forcefully take from everyone else, and enjoy their lives! If u have to lease for 100yrs, to get peace of mind and know that u are able to win something for u and your kids/family, why not..at least when u are there and eventually become a citizen, boom, u don't need to lease anymore! Theres always a way, so please guys, let's do this thing!
