Great reaction as always! Yes, Taylor has this perfect combination of an innocent yet alluring vibe, she always has, she's just leaned into it a bit more as she's gotten older. Dress (on her rep tour), False God (on SNL), and now especially her performance of Vigilante Sh*t on the Eras tour are very sensual, but she manages to express that with a minimum amount of exposure. They went on a "break" in 2016 with Zayn leaving year earlier himself and now all are solo artists and all had some hits through the years. Zayn's first album got a lot of attention, but he stays out of spotlight, barely does any promo and doesn't do concerts, so his next albums didn't get the attention they deserve, however he still has consistent following and strong fanbase. Another great song of Zayn to react to would be "Pillowtalk", his first solo single that was number 1 on the charts, or his duet with Sia, "Dusk till dawn" Actually one of his old bandmates of Zayn, Liam, also did a song for fifthy shades franchise, he did duet with Rita Ora called "For you", would be fun if you checked it out. It's been confusing for people because there's an interview where Zayn sounds like he's taking credit for the song when in reality, he's actually not. He's actually taking credit for being the instigator - the one who brought the idea of the collaboration on the project to Jack, then Taylor. When you look at the song credits, he's not mentioned. He has no writing credits on the song whatsoever, neither for the music, nor for the lyrics. There is no way that his name would have been left off even if all he contributed was one word. Zayn is known for being a talented singer/songwriter of explicitly sexual and sultry R&B style music. That's why he was approached by the producers of the movie Fifty Shades of Grey and asked if he would like to contribute a song to the soundtrack. If you research more you will find articles where Zayn explains how it went down. He did not write the song. Zayn agreed to contribute a song to the soundtrack and asked Jack Antonoff if he wanted to collaborate with him on the project. Jack agreed and sent him some music he composed. Zayn, in turn, sent Jack's music to Taylor and asked her if she was interested in collaborating on the project too. Taylor already knew about Zayn's project with Fifty Shades because she is good friends with Gigi Hadid, Zayn's girlfriend at the time AND, she'd already heard the music Jack composed because she and Jack are also close friends and collaborators and he'd played it for her too. She said yes to Zayn telling him she'd heard Jack's music and liked the song. She then went off on her own and wrote the melody and lyrics to the song - including the title. She and Zayn then sang the song as a duet together while Jack produced it. We can now understand why, in the interview Zayn took some credit for the project coming together : He was the original artist who was approached by the movie producers and asked to participate on the movie soundtrack. It was therefore HIS project which he brought in the other two collaborators. He was the inspiration for the collaboration in the first place - the impetus for the entire project and the instigator of the collaboration between Taylor, Jack and him. Nevertheless, he did not write the song. Taylor wrote the lyrics and melody and Jack wrote the music. Sam Drew was also given some credit for being in the room and contributing something to the musical composition.

Taylor would have made sure of that because she's notorious for giving people credit for even the smallest contribution in a session when everyone knows she's the one that comes into these sessions with lyrics and melody already formed. But, there's no evidence of Zayn anywhere. He may have asked her if she wanted to collaborate with him on a song and she sent him this song, not the other way around since she's the one credited with it. I saw that same article that you did, that gives him credit for the song, but obviously they got it wrong because his name is nowhere to be found. Taylor's lyrics are specifically about one person who, if you know who, it's obvious.
