Get an MPC. I just got the X last week and it was the best decision I ever made. The ONE is just as good just a smaller form factor with less ins and outs for 700 bucks. I got both the X and the ONE. Best decision I ever made. It's super intuitive to pick up and best thing of all there's a bunch of dedicated buttons so no need to memorize hot keys. These new MPC standalones can do everything FL can do and better and more. #Facts

Duh, the average person doesn't have an understanding of beat making software. But the average person could easily make a beat in 3 minutes with about a year in training on music theory, jazz, studying former artists, and understanding how to put a beat together. It's pretty easy to do, the piano work covers 5 keys
