Taerae’s vocal growth and improvement has been satisfying to witness, considering that it’s only been less than 6 months since ZB1 debuted. I am always floored when he sings. Not only that he also shares his knowledge with his members such as Yujin and Gyuvin. Hoping that he refines his G#4s to be consistent enough to be part of his supported range, he still has so much potential!

I'd say so , considering we have Monday who in A-AA, Taerae can have more cleaner and some chest presence in his belts. Monday can pull off some okay-ish belting at her best with poor vowels and sometimes even at C5s she can sound underwhelming.

@Roii8735 Well Taerae at his best is C3 - G#4. But supported range isn't everything..

@@Twinkboop It doesn't really matter regarding their supported range , she can even D5 or even E♭5 (theoretically) at best but if her mix is light and approach is quite messy at daily basis , she would still fall under the lower category. Wider supported range isn't really something we look for when putting them into tiers or whatsoever. In simple words , tiers are based on the development and the techniques.

Honestly, he shouldn’t be that high based on this video because there’s obviously some lack of support in some clips and it doesn’t come out as stable, but rather sounds like he was forcing his voice to go high, which vibrato would come out naturally if there were actual support, but he sort of end abruptly.
