Got a feeling your alt tab problem is caused you clicked out side of your screen, clicked into your second monitor, I always have this problem in apex when looting. I never have similar problem in ow not even once. Make sure disable full screen optimisation, make sure you are truely in fullscreen mode. I even use a little software to lock my mouse cursor within the full screen application I am using when I am playing apex. Forget the name atm at work
