Why do you and a lot of other good players use the small black circle crosshair? Prophet uses the same one. I find it really difficult to use though because you can barely see it.

You have to take into account things like display type and just personal preferences. I use bright colors like Green and Purple with a small circle. In the end, it's just what works best for your eyes. Your display may have a point too, because if you have OLED for example the contrast against most of OW's bright colors is more discernable, but I don't have an OLED, or MINI LED or something to give me that contrast, so it would just bleed in with the other colors and be last in my display.
