This is great and all but, why can't I just put an image in the background as static?? You can do it with the regular version of Zbrush with Spotlight but Core doesn't have that tool.

Hi Paul, Im using core, followed the instructions on your youtube tut importing image planes, my image doesnt show up, I can see my jpeg in the textures pallet but nothing happens when I load it, please advise, Thomas

I know its two years now but for anyone else having the problem. Slide fill mode to 3 in the draw options

found answer, my texure and alpha are by default turned off, I loaded a random core texture into the texture icon(the larger icon on the right of the UI) and this turned on the textures...that was very annoying zbrush UI inventors, thumbs down on that one!
