Hello, I need to know if there is a somekind of orient control like in maya, that appears in the right upper corner, or some kind of 3d axis icon, to know what direction are we working.

turn on the floor (one of the icons in that vertical bar towards the right hand side of the screen) the floor contains red,green, blue axes (x,y,z, respectively) hope that helps

I dont know why, but i cant delete Zsphere with holding alt and klicking on the sphere..what i am missing here?

Make sure you have draw turned on. Then alt and click on it.

When using Zphere the application falls when using adaptive skin ????

did you fix your issue related to adaptive skin? I had the same issue each time I enable preview into the adaptive skin the software crashes, but it was related to the language I had selected for my Zbrushcore ( Spanish), when I switched to English, it worked without any issue, so maybe this could be your issue too.
