Hey, After I open the buds case, it takes five to six seconds for my S22+ to display the connecting pop-up. Unlike in this video, where it took a mere second or so. Would you kindly help me with this? 🙏🙏

I'm able to get passed the first part on the wearable app after that it always says it's unable to connect I just got the earbuds and I'm not sure how to get them working at their 100% I've been trying for hours

They need to let you edit what you want for double tap and Triple tap. Why limit it to skip and backtrack? I usually only wear one earbud while working. I'd be nice to have 1 tap for play pause, 2 taps for voice commands and 3 taps for noise canceling toggle. I've tried using using voice detection and or doesn't work that well. When it does I need to pause the music. I'd be nice to be able to have an option to pause the music instead of lowering the volume. So far sound quality is good not as good as my old bose but I'm giving samsung a chance. They do fit nicely and not as bulky as the bose. Today's day one with the buds let's see what day 2 brings. Thanks for the tips and tricks.

When it was time to test, it said put ear buds in ear (the buds were placed correctly) which I did, and it didnt work, but when I put the left in my right ear and right in left ear the it worked. Do you have any idea why that happened?

OK, for anyone having the same issue I did, I figured it out. I just didn't update my phone's software from a long time. When I updated it, it worked.

It's not even worth turning on. Just makes the sound echo. Doesn't sound good at all! Maybe for listening to podcasts or lectures but not music.
