Another 45 minute video on what individual instructions to give attacking mid-fielders. I want to play the game - not have to go on a 3 year degree course on why my Under 21s central defender is having a strop because we gave him the wrong colour shoe laces. I miss Championship Manager. football manager can be what you put in to it but in all honesty you dont need to do all these things to have a great experiance and enjoy the game i personally pass over a bunch of stuff to staff that i cant be bothered to do myself and i never fell like im missing out. Not unlike real life managers dont have to do every task and rely on staff to help them out. @@allanwhittle2904 Whenever I hand things over and we lose. I'm really unhappy about it. When I don't understand the process and I don't understand what the AI is doing or why the AI is doing it. It's really unsatisfying I just see we are losing and feel like I should find out what the AI is doing. Once I understand the process, fine - I can delegate. But just handing off a process I don't understand to an AI I don't understand? That doesn't do it for me. Feel like I'm just helpless. IRL if I did that as a CEO and someone asked "Why did you fail?" And my only answer was "Dunno. Handed off a process that I have no idea about to someone I also have no idea about and crossed my fingers and hoped for the best" That wouldn't fly. If I don't understand the process I can't tell if the AI is doing a decent job. That makes for really unsatisfying gameplay for me. I get some can deal with that - but for me that disconnect makes me either need to learn the game inside out, or play something I can get properly involved in in less than a few months learning.
