Apart from few exceptions like donnarumma, chiesa, calafiori or zaccagni, all the players didn't seem to have neither faith nor will to win the games. This national team has been a disappointment under many aspects.

Soakletti’s archaic rules probably killed the will of the players and any motivation they brought. I think that’s what happened. Because in their respective clubs these players are pretty darn good and usually don’t have motivational problems. You’d be surprised how much the coach can change a team. I was hoping someone would do a sort of regional or continental cup. Like let’s take regions like Scandinavia for instance where each team can only draft say 7 players max from each country and try to make the best squad out of it as it competes with other regions. I know this can get politically murky, like North and South Korea or even worse right now with Russia Ukraine. But I think someone could find a sensitive way to pull it off.

Headcoach of the 15 years old and assistent coach to the 16 years old.
