The new Bloodletter, but I have not yet been able to maximize its effectiveness with my play skills. Sorry about that.

I personally don't like the technique of spamming heavy attacks with QQ cancel.
If there is a Bloodthirsty or Rampage, I'd probably go for that.
I like the new Fury of the Faithful. I think it works well with the slow swinging Eviscerator and large weapons.

Zealot is actually impressive with how good they are in melee. Multiple times I have been surrounded by pox walkers completely encircled and couldn't move, yet managed to get out alive.

Force sword psyker with head block feat often feels better in these situations. Strongest push in the game + unlimited (in short term) blocking + screenwhide knockdown ult. You can often survive absolutely insane shit, despite being numerically the most fragile class.

Don't know if you are aware but if you ult while "sawing" you'll do more dmg than if you ult before the swing. I think it's because it reduces the enemy armor while sawing instead of disappearing after the initial hit but I'm not entirely sure. It's most useful against crushers, bulwarks and muties. Love your content

the tearing/rip out don't count as hits, so while the auto crit goes away on the initial hit if you use your ult before hitting, if you use it after, you can crit with the other 3 instances of damage. Surprised the heck out of me when i saw someone post about it.

@@chocoB777 This is why I use the double charge perk 1 for if I need to close the distance and the other so I can get full damage on sawing beefy/armored heretics and if a crusher takes even a little bit of damage from your team one reved hit will saw them in half.

I'd like to share the combo I've learned for eviscerators: it's Heavy-L-L-L. The heavy charges fast when looping the combo so you're essentially spamming light attacks with a free heavy, no need for QQ cancel anymore against hordes. It's easy & you can also start the combo with a powered swing for a little extra cleave or when using Chastise. It's also chained so it makes the Shred perk relevant. I'm amazed that no one figured this out yet. Learned a lot of vermintide comboes from you so thought I'd share this as thanks.

Push attacks do more damage than light attacks for the evis, so generally I use Heavy, Light, Push Attack then repeat for horde and mixed horde, you need to throw in the light to keep up your stamina.

@@chocoB777 I tested on malice high intensity, I think I still prefer Thy Wrath be Swift over Holy Revenant. It's safer when fighting a horde because heavy attack can't be interrupted by melee damage.

I tried Bloodletter Tier 4 with: * Savage Sweep - The issue with Savage Sweep hasn't changed. It gives you more control vs crowds, but you don't do damage past the first few enemies hit. The default cleave on heavy attack is max 5, with Savage Sweep it goes up to 14 (T4). I'm NOT actually sure about stagger distribution here... * Shred - Bloodletter allows you to hit max Shred stack quicker. Good syngery with Bloodletting, Thy Wrath Be Swift and Invocation Of Death talents. More damage, higher ultimate uptime, weakness: less control, so don't get yourself cornered. Sadly Eviscerator still underperforms due to Cleave Target and Cleave Damage being seperate stats and Evi does NOT have Cleave Damage at all. I also dislike QQ cancelling, you shouldn't need to do it to increase the weapon performance. If I was you, I would get No Respite and Deathspitter on your Kantrael Mk IX Combat Shotgun. It is easier to hit damage breakpoints.

one thing that i dont like in the kantrael shotgun is that the crosshair doesnt change when you load the special ammo, just like agripinaa. it gives me much more awareness if i loaded the special ammo to hunt down elites. hope they add it.

I tried using a 379 rating eviscerator with bloodthirsty and bloodletter, and it was abyssmal. The damage is really mediocre, and it's actually hard to hit headshot with the first heavy attack because the actual hit place is a bit below the crosshair. You basically need to ballpark the aim below the crosshair, which is BS. Secondly, bloodletting + bloodthirsty would ideally maximize the special damage, right? Well it underperforms a mk 7 heavy sword with headtaker that can cleave tons of trash mobs with one heavy swipe. You can actually activate the special and do a heavy attack on a mob, but while AOE is okay, the cleave is too small for really large mobs. If there's a rager in the middle of the mob, you would be in trouble unless you activate your charge move. You can easily do the same with a heavy sword that has larger cleave. I think the weapon needs to have its crosshair adjusted for the first heavy attack, and to significantly increase the width of its cleave. It should allow mass AOE dot to mobs with its first heavy attack. Otherwise, the heavy sword is so much better in every way with crazy cleave. The weapon excels at 1-shotting the specialists using the special, but you need to activate the special and it leaves you vulnerable. I think there are no better weapons for the zealot than the heavy sword and all the axes. My preference is on the mk 7 heavy sword.

Yes... As you say, it's not as good as the other excellent weapons available in Zealot. It would be nice if you could improve the delay and slow swing of the special attack, which is a disadvantage, and the damage significantly with a blessing...

Big problem with both eviscerator and chainsword is that they benefit fairly significantly from headshots yet...the attacks generally don't prioritize headshots. Eviscerator also has a max target damage cap so it's limited against horde(though not as bad as trash hammer).

Idk why ppls doing videos on low diff, for example Hi-Intensity damnation its like 70-100 elites, and Hi-Intensity damnation with striking squads like 300++ elites. Striking squads will show a more objective result for builds or weapons.

I am not familiar with Darktide's detailed stats, where is that info from? If you mean your claim of 70-100 elites per player on average, or 300 in total for the squad, I would think that would depend more on the map and match time than on Hi-Intensity Engagement Zones. To begin with, this match is listed as Hi-Intensity Hunting Grounds and the match time is not long, 38 minutes. I think numbers are an important factor, but I don't think we should get too caught up in that.

It’s almost painful to see how weak this weapon is. As a casual damnation+ player i can appreciate ChocoB skill but there’s no way to make this garbage weapon effective
