This really is the best example of a good balance patch we've gotten. Both specs perform well, we get a bunch of tripods and even a free skill slot to change and adapt to whichever content we're in. I'm so glad I didn't drop my reaper earlier because it felt smoge, we're about to go to the moon

my 1580 reaper is at 1350 spec, 1050 swift, 5x3 (hunger grudge ambush adren raid) with lv7-8 gems and lv4-5 tripods (pretty average for a casual super mokoko'd alt) but i seem to always be doing the least dps in 1540-1580 content despite sticking to the asses and hitting almost every red skill + shadow vortex off cooldown, when my soul eater with similar stats (1580, 5x3, 1750 crit, same lvl gems and tripods) always on the MVP screen with much less effort. is it just class balance or am I doing something wrong on my hunger reaper?

lemme understand it so Reaper's X is a counter 2 stage skill, does both casts apply counter? like the ranged cast and then tp both are counter?and by counter from behind you mean you throw it on target's back it does no counter, but it does when you recast the ability to his front? imma confused here but i have been away for nearly 2y ;p

Yes, the throw is a counter if you hit the front and the teleport is a counter if you teleport from the back to the front

Complexity is fun but lost ark mix it with that sweet insane farming and rng doze that just screams: 'change game, you'll enjoy gaming life more''

insane farming + rng doze is just because the game is not for you. Lost Ark is expected to be played for years, not 1 month. You might think some of the system is too heavy farming (honing), or too heavy RNG (elixir) but just watch the Korean Thaemine party, they all have level 25 weapon and 40+ point of best in slot elixir. The farming and the rng disappear.

@@teddanville6996 you do realise they expect a competitive esport behaviour, right? Lost ark aint an esport and also very aggressive towards casuals, everything is build to play it as much as possible and if you dare to be casual it is gonna be a nightmare. Even esports know to make casuals happy. To not even mention the balance is non existent. I dont care if you have 40 classes and how 'difficult' it is, they seem to be very good designing 'interesting' rng systems. It might be your cup of tea but it cant be defended so bluntly. I know korean players asked for those changes but it should be mentioned it is a niche game, cuz the appearence decives a lot 😉

70/90 crit rate for swoop skills the red skills. 2 of them have 20% crit coming from tripods so they will be aimed to 90% while rage spear and one more red skill will be 20% less at 70%

Don't you need 1630 Swiftness for 128% attack speed to stay at 140% real attack speed when using Mass Increase? I have 1466 Swiftness as of now and if I use Mass increase, I drop down to 135,18% actual attack speed with Yearning Lv.3 + Chaos Mode. Are you trying to say that 135% attack speed is okay or is there a calculation error? I'm asking since if you're gonna use a spec ring, you need almost all 100 quality on the swift accessories and 115-120 swift bracelet.

you probably forgot to include the AS @ 5:50 from Chaos. You only need 125% from char swiftness stat you get the rest from yearning, class identity, feast

@@ZealsAmbitions Nope, my calculation is correct. The error derives from the fact that the amount of swiftness you mention in the video "must" use attack speed feast to get back to the cap amount. Not really sure I want to make my build around a feast. And to add more info for the people watching this video, you need exactly 1456 swiftness for the 5% feast, and 1572 swiftness for the 3,5% feast.

Which says alot cause Reaper really is the most agile class by far. If someone's floor pov with her it's clear skill issue. Really a beast, feels good class. Can't wait for the balance patch.
