Can you tell me how to calibrate an Zebra Z4M series? Cant find the ADVANCED SETUP 3 and the option MEDIA/RIBBON CALIBRATE. I only see the option MANUAL CALIBRATE. But that option doenst seem to work. If i follow your steps the printer keeps spitting out the whole role of labels ?!

Thank you! I knew there was a way to manually calibrate the printer, but could not figure it out. I was able to fix 2 printers today.

Can the light be set to time out so it isn’t on 24/7 ?

I did all that but label is still off by about 2-3 millimeters. It is hard to see the barcode at the bottom of the label. Any suggestions?

bekesirobert I know this is an old question, but the reason might be, that the max. label length is shorter than the real length of the label. Check out the printer configuration for the LENGTH field.

Also you can enter 9999 for the password that works as well.

After following these instructions carefully, it still DOESN'T STOP BETWEEN THE FUCKING LABELS. What do I do if this is the case? Why haven't you described this potential problem and how to solve it?

You don't have to waste the blank labels that go thru during the calibration. Roll them back and use them.
