Listening to this rlly makes me appreciate Ben more. The various fills that he adds are often heard but not realized. Bass is rlly important and without it the music would just feel hollow, and the fact that he keeps the bass interesting rlly helps the songs in the end. TLDR: Ben is good at bass.

This is because your brain will automatically make you hear vocals at times when there aren't any. When you listen to songs so much, your brain automatically inserts the vocals as you listen at certain points. I'm only a bit of the way through this so far, but I haven't heard any remnants of vocals in the mixing. Are there songs in particular you're hearing them in?

I didn't even know that "We're Not Alright" had a lead riff in the chorus, you literally can't hear it with the vocals. This is why I love Instrumental tracks, it makes me appreciate song composition a lot more, I'm finding so many things I didn't hear before.

its so weird! when you listen to the song with vocals it feels like you know it word for word, but when it comes to reciting them from memory everything goes blank- Really helps to recognize just how much vocalists have to learn despite how easy it seems to recall when listening along
