I noticed twice when clutch clawing the face, they spun him around a bit before weakening him. Does this allow an IG to skip getting a slinger ammo the first time?

The 3 claw attacks replace the need to the first weakening attack, as well as activating agitator (usually it takes 2 to get a weaken with IG).

possibly power prolonger skill, maximum of this can be really good for ig players who prefer triple bonus edit: a trick of not getting orange buff until last moment of red+white buff (or wait until insect stamina run out) also still a great trick to maintain atk bonus as shown in the clip as well.

He did reset at about 2:20 or something, around that time. But to keep the red buff for a longer duration, you can grab the red and white. Then Wait for it to get to expiring time to grab the orange buff and reset the timer.

maybe you didnt know, but if you press L2+Triangle+Circle (for me with controller^^) at the same time, you can power up your kinsect so it can carry two buffs! For example with stones it gets more Stamina

@@Kuroneko215 just use the Kaiser helm from master rank. They're both good, just means you need slightly different deco setups to get your skills right. Also if you're decked out in MR gear, when the AT Teostra quest is in the events you should be able to wreck him pretty easy if you actually want to run the Kaiser Y helm. Running Kaiser Y is more of a speed runner thing though, because you lose 84 defense and gain +1 attack boost in most builds by using it.

Great run, very skilled game play. However, why use sub optimal teostra technique build. Why use peak performance? Why not combine agitator with resentment instead you get more attack power out of it not to mention you get the affinity and element up bonus from safi. I totally understand why people use teostra tech but you only limit yousef building for it no matter how you build it

Well i say sub optimal in terms of attack power alone. Resentment when used in conjunction with safi is a more reliable and greater attack buff than peak performance. You can get agitator 7, resentment 5, and attack 7 with crit boost and max crit using 3 piece safi 2 piece brachy, and safi glaive. Gor greatest effect you want sharpness 5 and 6 with 3 attack 5s. One affinity augment, one attack augment, and ele up augment

yes. what they did was doing the 3-time flinch turn + tenderizing attack instead of the final flinchshot. What this does is immediately tenderize the weak spot instead of needing to do the tenderizing attack twice (because IG is a light weapon). This also immediately agitate the monster (proccing agitator). when you flinch shot, the monster will be down but agitator won't be active. This maneouver is mostly used by speedrunners.

Its like doing an classic hunt run with specific requirements. You can't use any of the New World items like mantles, boosters, or claw burst. Mainly speed runners do this.
