Don't purchase this, the product comes with nuts and patcher, whenever you are moving it u need to adjust everytime. Even after a tight patch the laptop going down slowly slowy

replying you after 5 months. I am using it rough and tough contantly changing the stand position like during playing games on table and while using on lap etc. i haven't found a need to use the patcher till now. it is nice addition to have incase after years of use it may loose a little bit. it may be helpful at that time.

I just tested that with my apple pencil on my ipad, it doesn't wobble while writing, it does only when your reposition your hand. it is recommended for writing.

Practically you can use it as an addition to your laptop or tab but solely for book reading not recommended. it is heavy and meant to stay stable for laptops. for books better buy a plastic one or something lighter specially made for book reading.
