try to use Dolby digital 5.1 format with the soundbar .the rear speakers will work

I had the same issue, I contacted their customer care and reported it to them they sent an engineer who told me that their earlier manufactured bara have this issue so they have to replace the surround speaker circuit board. They did it for free by coming to our house and now it's amazing

You carry only Rear Speakers to Zebronics Service center and ask them to upgrade Read Speakers. Once upgrade done for rear speaker , surround sound will work properly

Bhai mere 3 sawaal bohot zaruri hai, 1) Agar mae Dolby atmos content play nahi karta hu aur sirf simple stereo content play karta hu on KZbin and OTT platforms(without premium subscription) toh kya mujhe yeh system 5.1 output depayega? 2) Mera living room 20×12ft ka hai jo 240 sqft hota hai, uske liye kya yeh system properly surround effect depayega? 3) Maine kaafi customers ki complaint sunni hai ke yeh system ke dono surround speakers ka volume output bohot hi kamm hai aur unhe customer care se baat karke technicians se unka Software update karna pada hai, toh kya yeh sahi hai?

Yes, Even I m looking for same with rear speakers with dolby atmos. So the options are, juke9750 -19k and then one model in philips - 36k (3.1.2)and then LG SP11RA -46K(7.1.4) . Other options cost high.

I purchased this from Amazon sale at 17k now its been a week i used this soundbar. I love the Vocals of this its crystal clear but the Bass is very Bad only upper Base there is no Lower Base for this price point i don't think it's worth buying, Rear speakers are good but not as Atmos.I don't think its worth buying don't waste your money on this.
