Amazed- how she did it in those times. One of my favourite film makers . No wonder why India failed to preserve its gems in all possible ways.

I always prefer seeing you and listening to you . Happy to see your recent conversation. Enjoyed it a lot . Yaa , those 60s /70s days were more culturally and socially engaging and rich than ours these days. Whenever I get to have conversations with people who grew and had education in 60s /70s , It gives the sense how culturally rich and knowledgeable they are.

Mira Nair is an artist deeply rooted in the composite India, yet equally integrated to the rest of the world.

I first met Shashi Tharoor and Ramu Damodaran circa 1975 when this two-man team represented St Stephens at the Spring Festival in Kharagpur and walked away with every possible prize they could lay their hands on. I’ve often wondered what happened to Damodaran. I just heard Mira mention that Ramu was one of her slaves in Cleopatra. I’m still curious about what’s he up to these days.

What are the four stages of film production? There are 4 stages of film production: development, pre-production, production and post- production. Each stage has its share of legal tasks. Development: This stage focuses on getting the initial elements of the film in place. First of all, the property to be produced is selected.
