Frying the rice it s giving another taste. A better one. But the most important is how much water you add while boiling it... If u add too less, it wont cook, if u add too much it will soak and remain watery and if u ll let it boil until the whole water absorbs in it, it will loose it s fluffiness and become a splid mass....
