Patricia’s 6th letter was so bittersweet…I genuinely love the unbiased perspectives from Alice and how she’s doing her best to really understand who the survivors were and how everyone else in their life saw them. Patricia especially is one of the characters that I think is misunderstood a lot, which I guess is accurate to her lore 😭

AHHHH finally, I love my girl Patty and I'm so happy you posted a gameplay w/her! She's actually not that difficult to play, I usually bring Flywheel since hunters tend to down Patty to not harass 'em! 💕 Her lore is one of the greatest ones as in writing too so I think you'll enjoy her lore (even though its sad, the writing is amazing) 😸

Nice game, I was the Fool’s Gold on Factory map. I meant to say Ggs after, but I hit the X to close the after chat match on instinct before I realized. Lol I tied, btw. Minds went down on doorway with a hit and the fully charged Pickaxe throw. I didn’t lose that match. Your kiting was so good tho I think I’d have won had I not gotten cipher rushed by Victor and Minds Eye. =_= The clutch 2 were you and Victor ultimately.

1:30 I think what i hear a lot is that Patty is a bit better with flywheel since you rely on hunter proximity while kneejerk helps you gain distance, which you don't really want with Patty. At the same time I think it helps her be a bit less vulnerable since she does start with nothing. its a bit of invest more into strengths vs. even out the chances. 2:40 you pointing that out made me wonder if she's intentionally more designed like a hunter (in a sense she literally gains presence through hits and healing others/being healed as the game goes on) since she is essentially the "hunter" of her group. (insert comment about questionable writing choices about a black woman from a chinese company here) 4:35 YOOOO that was smooooth as hell tho 5:50 Nooo rip fin ball:(( he tried to help but it killed the ball (that interaction is still hilarious. like i genuinely cant tell if that was actually intentional game design. 6:36 (title) i think i know who.....

what does it have to do about being a black woman? prospector tried to kill melly, merc killed like 2 people before the games even started, puppeteer killed his family just to get rid of a puppet...the point of the games is that no one in them is really good

@mine_meow150 It's more that i'm concerned about how her religion ties into it. I don't trust netease to have done their research or even ask anyone to sensibility check it. Though, in the end, its not my place to say whether she was handled respectfully or not. I am just... concerned, is all - but I admit I phrased it in a very judgemental way, I just genuinely don't know how well she's handled irt cultural respect.

They’re just saying as a topic it needs to be handled delicately as to not perpetuate the stereotype of black women being ‘aggressive’ or ‘malicious’, *especially* when real world religious imagery is being used
