My ComfoConnect LAN C is connected to my router through ethernet cable, the Lan status is flashing, but I don't see the device when I connect to my router. When I try to connect to the app i get ComfoConnect Gateway cannot be found. What can I do?

Sounds like you may want to power cycle and re-boot. Everything OFF. Turn Modem on. Turn ERV on. Give it a minute and try the Ap again making sure you're connected to the correct network. Call your Zehnder Tech Support and schedule a time to trouble shoot.

i am connected to device, but still cant control it. i am coneccted, it is vissuable on unit status, it is the right one, but cant control it.
