There are several things that are. interesting. First the open tomb was found by women. If it was not real, the open tomb would have been found by men. Don't be deceived, that word "Gentiles" is a false construct. It's from the Latin word for nations, foolishly allowed to be carried over into our English bibles from the Latin Vulgate translation. It just means nations. Obviously it refers to the nations listed in Genesis 10 & 11. The serpents are crafty, you have to give them that, they use one language of God's word to change the meaning of a concept in another language. (See Gen 10:5, the word for nations AND gentiles are the same Hebrew word) God had warned his people from Mt Sinai that he would punish them if they rebelled, and that punishment was always that he would "scatter them among the nations" instead of allowing them to live in the promised land under divine protection. Thus it was in 722 AD when 10 of the 12 tribes were scattered among the nations. They were forcibly removed by the king of Assyria, then they sacked Assyria, and made the nation of Scythia, then over the course of centuries everyone migrated. To the mind of a Judean there were two main kinds of people (not the only kinds), the Judeans, specifically the Israelite Judeans (There were other kinds of Judeans), and the nations (descended from Adam). The Judeans were at that time under a (old) Covenant with God and practicing the rite of circumcision, while the rest of the nations were not under a Covenant with God and did not practice circumcision. That's all "Gentiles" refers to, the non Judean nations of the world that descended from Adam. And for 800 years those nations included the greater part of the 12 tribes of Israel, so it had nothing to do with ethnicity, it was based on being a separate people with a relationship with God vs not. Those were the distinctions. There were many Judeans who weren't God's people, and Jesus addressed them in no uncertain terms. These were the "Wolves among sheep", "Goats", "Tares among the Wheat", "children of the devil", and "serpents". (John 8:44 & Matt 23:29-36, for example)

What gets me is the many people who claim the Bible is a fairy tale and have never read it cover to cover. They probably quit at the pronunciation of the names in the OT or the great detail in which God describes the building of his temple. Who knows right? I've learned you have to seek God for yourself. Could that light though be the glory of God shining upon a dark space and earth because later in the verses that light was separated from the darkness and was in Heaven? Which would explain why he would then have to create the stars, the sun, and the moon to now give light to the Earth. God is light right? It didn't say he sinned he just admitted his guilt of going against God with his actions which is sin. Now in the case of 1 Kings 15:5 it does not say he committed one sin. It says " Because David did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, and turned not aside from anything that he commanded him all the days of his life, save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite. Let's speak on the matter now. I can name 3 sins David committed in that matter lust, adultery, and murder. I'll just leave it at that. Oh, and the trees before man-man before trees dilemma. True in Genesis 1he created the trees first, but look again at Genesis 2. God created man and then he planted a Garden. Totally separate event. This is describing the Garden of Eden in which he placed the man to work and tend after the garden. So 1. trees and grass. 2. man. 3. tree of life and others beautiful greenery in the Garden of Eden. In closing this is just my response to what I call your overreaction to what I said. And I still find no fault in Gods word. Jesus is a Greek name because it was an adaptation of the many godman mythologies popular in the former Greek empire. Jesus never wrote a word of the bible because Jesus never existed. Paul wrote more of the New Testament than anyone, and he never met Jesus except when he hallucinated, hearing a voice nobody with him heard. The gospels were written 50 to 150 years after Jesus allegedly lived and most were burned by the Roman authorities in the 4th century after the Emperor Constantine ordered the creation of a religion to unify the empire. Epistles and gospels which were too spiritual were burned. Some have been found in recent centuries. WE DON'T HAVE A SINGLE WORD WRITTEN ABOUT JESUS WHILE HE WAS ALLEGEDLY ALIVE. The few historical events in the mythology turned out to be false: there was no census at the time the gospels claim. There was no report of dead bodies rising like zombies from the graves in Jerusalem as the gospels claim. If Jesus rose, the gospel writers could not get the story straight, contradicting themselves on who saw Jesus first, what city he first appeared in and then the claim that he flew away from a mountaintop to heaven only makes sense if you cling to the ancient small universe in which the earth was flat and the dome of the heavens was above. And the underworld, aka Hades, aka Hell, was located below the earth. We know the bible got the entire solar system wrong.

I encourage you to try and rid yourself of your cognitive dissonance and read the Bible cover to cover. You will realize how terrible a god Yahweh is if he existed. As well as the fact that hell is never mentioned in the Old Testament and if I remember correctly, neither is Satan, only satan which is a word meaning an adversary or evil person/being not the Satan we now recognize. The sun travels through the zodiac and the sun and stars were given for a sign of times as stated in the Bible. The wise men of the east actually predicted the time and location of Jesus's birth using the stars and possibly the zodiac Many eastern traditions have very complex metholodologies for using them but they don't necessarily rule out a diety in control of them but instead necissitate the God who created them. Divination is one of the things God dissapproves of as outlined by the fall of many kings of the past. Worshipping stars is also considered a grievous worship of false gods. In my opinion what can be drawn from the biblical text about it is that the reliance of the using of said methodologies gives rise to the desire to go outside of God's law by worshipping stars and their signs, transgressing others and attempts to become self reliant which inevitably ends in just ruin by willful distance from God.
